Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We guarantee all of our products against defect. If any item is verified defective, we will replace or refund the cost of the item(s). Returns are accepted only with a pre-approved Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Contact Customer Support (support@easttoolwest.com) for the RMA number. Returns must be in New condition with packaging in original condition. Returns are only accepted with in 14 days of purchase date. Return shipping is handled by the customer.
