Bester Ceramic 700 Grit Water Stone

Bester water stones are a classic among chefs and carpenters in Japan. Bester water stones are made with a ceramic matrix (body) with green carbide abrasive dispersed through out. Ceramic stones are well known for there ability to stay flat and true longer than water stones made with clay matrix. Because there is less wear of the matrix most of the cutting action is in sharpening, resulting in very fast and keen edge.
